Can you call God, “my King?” In this prayer of David’s to his God and King, we get an orientation to what God’s kingdom is like. It is a righteous kingdom, and a kingdom of abundant love. The only way for sinners to enter this kingdom is by repentance and faith in Christ. Citizens of this kingdom seek God’s righteousness and persist in prayer.
